towerrr Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 (edited) Poceo da me boli zglob na levu ruku kad pravim vezbe pretezno za biceps, triceps i nesto slicno. Kontam da je od pritiska, zato sto ide taj pritisak sigurno na zglobove, ali nisam imao ovaj problem do sad... Kada radim bendz nemam probleme, ali kada radim biceps i triceps kad god napravim 1 seriju od bilo koju vezbu ne mogu da spustim sipku i moram da je uhvatim u visu sa desnu ruku i spustim, zato sto me boli zglob puno. towerrr Posted June 11, 2014 Report Share Posted June 11, 2014 Ma u tome je problem, imam rukavice sa debeli lastik oko zgloba, ali nikad ih nisam ono previse stegao. Pokusao sam vezbu sa i bez rukavice, manje me boli kad ih izvadim, ali opet smara zglob. Ne kontam sta bi bio problem, zato sto dizem sa istu tezinu u obe ruke ofc. towerrr Posted June 21, 2014 Report Share Posted June 21, 2014 (edited) Nakon nedelja dana pauzu na redu mi je bio biceps danas i opet me boli zglob. Ne znam koji mu je kurac i sta treba da radim, pauzirao nedelju dana, nista nisam radio. Sada poceo malo i desni da me boli. Ne znam stvarno sta se desava, kontam da je zbog pritiska od vecu kilazu, ali ako je to problem onda sam ga najebo. Boli me kad radim sve vezbe za biceps, zato sto su sa jednorucne tegove i onu vezbu za triceps, de lezis i vuces sipku iza glavu i prema nagore, znas o cemu pricam. Pa,malo sam bolji od prosle godine,a od one tamo mnogo bolji.Krenuo sam drugog januara 2012. u teros i idem u kontinuitetu od tada... @Tofz: Ovi steznici su golo govno,ja sam potrosio 2 para za par meseci.Vrlo brzo se deformisu i povrsina koja steze zglob se skupi i ispadne kao da si zavezao kanap oko zgloba koji sprecava krv da cirkulise do sake i nazad Bolje uzmi neke druge,bilo koje samo da nisu Biotech,Pansportovi su meni radili posao i Lamasport isto.Inace,ako vec koristite ove steznike,stegnite ih 10ak sekundi pre serije i odmah razvezite kad zavrsite seriju ofc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
