Check this... C:\Documents and Settings\..account name..\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\EXWV090Z(or other)\****snow[1].exe which is BackDoor.Plunix or Backdoor.Win32.Delf.agh, or BackDoor-CUQ, Trj/WowCraft.A (in different AV software packages) After downloading this file from well known website with WoW maps and quests info without my knowledge, it install: "muma.exe and syssmss.exe" (dont know exactlly how). Dont know what the first one do, but the second is WoW keylogger program which steal passwords. syssmss.exe is started from registry Run section, and is memory resident program. I check 4 AV packages - AVG, Norton AV, Avast AV, F-Prot with last updates and they told me that this is not a virus or trojan. Only Kaspersky and Trend Micro identify this correctly. So, before you start play again WoW with your new passwords, pls check your PC for files like this. C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\syssmss.exe - actual keylogger C:\Documents and Settings\..account name..\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\EXWV090Z(or other)\****snow[1].exe I'm using Norton AV, ZoneAlarm firewall, and will change both... !!!!!! > it seems it was spreading via a banner ad in allakhazam: wow.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=21&mid=1127831866231755738&num=51 those using explorer pls switch to mozilla or opera < !!!!!!! Sto se tiche nachina da povratish account, prochitaj celi topic o ukradenim accountima :) Kreditna kartica bi trebalo da je bezbedna zato sto se ne ona moze videti iz account managementa (koliko se secam). Kontaktirao sam blizzard , poslao podatke , oni su privremeno blokirali nalog ... i sad cekam da mi vrate ... lik je bez problema bio online sa mojim likom , prodavao moje torbe , isao u scholomance...cak je i mom ortaku poslao 1 gold....znaci jebo bi mu mamu da ga znam... Imba.janqca Posted October 8, 2005 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 imao sam i ja taj pass loger ... made samo video task menegeru da je to neki stran program ali ga kulirao .... nemam ni outlook ni jedan program z a mail samo preko sitova , u jednom trenutku kad sam restartvao komp i ukljucio wow na desktopu poce da izlazi sysmss.exe canot sent i tako po desetak puta ja odem u task manager i iskljucim ga ... tek kad samo ovo video izbrisao sam ga i *obrisao explorer,promenio sve moguce passove , i instalirao operu ... jebeni hackeri Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dontouchmycow Posted October 8, 2005 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 Imao sam ranije file koji je bio wowexe. koji sam stalno gasio (posto Norton ga nije prijavljivao) a naravno postaojao je WOW.exe Mislim ima milion mogucnosti da vam marnu acc i da rade sta hoce... jednostavno kada se upali wow, alt+tab pa na task menageru pogledajte da li se pojavilo vise od jednog dodatnog programa...
