Obsidian’s new RPG Tyranny debuts at E3 Sometimes, evil wins. That’s the tagline for Obsidian’s upcoming RPG Tyranny, and it rather succinctly sums up the landscape of the world we’ll be stepping into. Set in the aftermath of an epic war between good and evil, Kyros the Overlord has triumphed, and if his name didn’t tip you off, he’s firmly rooted on the side of evil. Your role is that of a Fatebinder, and it’s your job to swan about passing judgement on the denizens of the land. Tyranny was announced in March with the idea to turn one of the typical RPG tropes on its head. “A lot of RPGs start you out as the weak or inexperienced character who becomes more important and influential over time. This parallels how your character grows in strength and power as they gain levels, so it’s a structure that works well for RPGs,” wrote project director Brian Heins in a developer update. “For Tyranny, we wanted to play with that concept. Does the player need to start off weak in order to feel more powerful later in the game? We decided to make the player important from the very beginning of the game, from the very first interaction with an NPC.” He went on to explain how the whole ‘being an adjudicator of evil’ concept will pan out, saying, ” I am disappointed when I play games where the ‘evil’ choice requires me to act like a psychopath, murdering everyone in front of me. Sometimes that’s fun, but it’s very limiting when it’s the only option. Especially when the game punishes me for making those decisions. “With Tyranny we wanted to create a more nuanced evil. One where the choices players make aren’t so obviously black and white. We wanted to make a game where players were free to take the evil path as far as they want to go, and feel powerful and rewarded for it. Ultimately, RPGs are about the choices players make. [Our goal is to make] Tyranny a highly reactive game that you can play multiple times. Each time seeing how the world changes as you make different choices.” It sounds like it’ll be huge amounts of fun. You can keep an eye on updates over on Obsidian’s dev blog. Posted June 23, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 23, 2016 (edited) meni izgleda mnogo lepse i bolje od PE, i animacije su drasticno bolje, i efekti su moderniji, koriscenje engine-a je cini mi se bolje odlicno i jasnije deluju i sami likovi sa detaljima, u stvari nekako deluje autenticnije od pillarsa koji je ono bio skoro pa genericki po pitanju vizuelnog dojma (iako je to sve prelepo izgledalo ako mene pitas) evo i trejlera sa E3 mozda pokusaju da budu malo inventivniji nego inace, kao npr sto su hteli u nesrecnom VanBurenu da implementiraju pored tebe jos jednu grupu koja ce da luta wastelandom i da tvoji izbori uticu na tu grupu a i njihovi random na tebe, i da se susretnete u jednom momentu (fenomenalno zamisljen deo mehanike) listajuci tako dalje detalje o igri (nisam je uzimao u obzir jer sam ocekivao da ce izlazak igre biti za fazon godinu dve tri) naidjoh kakav ce skill sistem biti imeplementiran "Skills in Tyranny are grouped into three broad categories: Weapons, Support, and Magic. Weapon skills determine how accurate your character is when wielding weapons of that type. Support skills determine how good you are at avoiding being hit in combat, as well as how nimble, sneaky, or knowledgeable your character is. Magic skills determine how precisely your character can draw various magical sigils and control the forces they evoke. Skills increase as you use them, but there must be some challenge involved. You can’t fight characters who are far below your level to gain experience, or climb up and down the same wall over and over." Edited June 23, 2016 by G!!! voodoo_ Posted October 14, 2016 Report Share Posted October 14, 2016 Jebote izbaciše igru za manje od godinu dana (doduše na istom endžinu i verovatno sa dosta recikliranih asseta), a onaj Fargo jede govna tri godine i ništa, plus će još četiri da cinculira na Wastelandu 3 jer verovatno neće da plati profesionalce nego zapošljava klince za minimalac. Posted October 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted October 14, 2016 negde procitah da su radili na igri od pocetka 2014, objavili je sad u martu i evo ga izlazak kampanja ce imati oko 25 sati, sto je pa duplo manje od pilarsa, verovatno su iskoristili maksimalno rad na toj igri i samo produzili dalje :) da odbranim malo inxile, jbg oni su se tek okupljali i sklapali ozbiljniji tim developera, obsidian je za njih misaona imenica sto se tice kapaciteta, a i svaka igra im je crowdfunding , dok je obsidian ovo izbacio sa paradoxom na umu, ali sve to svakako ne opravdava toliko odlaganje tormenta :| Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Videćemo šta će biti za desetak dana, nada se najboljem! Posted November 3, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2016 loot and enemy lvl scaling Enemies will scale within a level range, and their level becomes fixed when they are revealed by fog of war. So if you see an enemy and they are level 5, then leave the area, gain several levels and come back, they won’t suddenly increase in level. They’ll still be at level 5. On a different playthrough, if you went to that same area for the first time at level 8, the enemies would be a higher level. Items are hand created rather than randomly generated. Posted November 12, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 12, 2016 (edited) ko bi da igra nesto sa originalnom pricom i zapletom to je to piknuo sam sinoc mozda nekih dva sata sve u svemu i igra je vredna vremena (mozda i para al to cemo tek da vidimo) nagovestavaju da ce replay value biti znacajan, da ima mnogo razlicitih izbora i posledica, da sve utice na pricu i za sada deluje tako (mada prekratko sam igrao da bih uopste to osetio) ima dosta finih detalja, skillovi napreduju sa njihovom upotrebom, i deluje veoma konkretno lore je odlican, lako ispratis pricu sa svakojakim tooltipovima u dijalozima (uvek je oznacen tekst koji kada stavis pointer dobijes naknadne informacije bitne za celu pricu i dogadjaje) fajt deluje unapredjen u odnosu na PoE iako se vidi da je sve jako slicno, ali je sve fluidnije postoji kombo skill koji dobijas u grupi, pa tipa prvi mlatne neprijatelja i onesvesti ga a drugi clan grupe pridje i secne ga izazivajuci mu bleed efekat :) vrh takodje jako je bitno kakvu reputaciju imas sa svojim clanovima grupe (sto je bolji taj clan dobija jako koristan i sjajno dradjen skill), onda reputacija sa razlicitim grupama, dijalozi su sjajno odradjeni dobijaju nove opcije u zavisnosti od reputacije i skilla, kao i samih karakteristika tvog lika dijalozi su text heavy, sa po kojim voice over-om da razbija monotoniju nemam pojma kuda i u kojem pravcu prica se razvija jer razvoj igre nisam uopste pratio i osecaj je fenomenalan e da, borbe je bilo jako jako malo za ovo vreme sto sam igrao, iako je u principu ovo kao neki uvodni deo gde jos hvatas sta se desava i kakav je zaplet i koja je tvoja uloga u svemu tome Edited November 12, 2016 by G!!! Posle toga svi dijalozi su dosta opsirni. Vise bi mi odgovaralo da te na pocetku uvedu u igru a da kasnije malo po malo spoznajes sve i ucis lore. Ovako je nekako baceno previse tako da moram iz pocetka sve jer mi i dalje pola toga nije jasno... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Meni je jedini problem sto je motivacija glavnog lika ostavljena meni na izbor. Treba mi neka struktura da bi igra imala neki replay jerbo ne vidim sebe da cu da je igram vise od 2 puta. Dobro oni su to kao namerno tako napravili jer su hteli da zavisi gomila stvari od tvojih izbora sto je mac sa 2 ostrice jer niko ziv nece da proba sve kombinacije :D Takodje glupo mi je malo sto na pocetku kao mage nemas ni jednu ranged magiju nego su maltene sve melee... Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2016 pa odigrao sam jos malo vise, i realno mogli su se malo potruditi da toliki dijalozi imaju neku malo vecu svrhu :) ok ok kada pogledamo bethesdine dijaloge i tako jos neke, nema veze ne treba uzimati za zlo, ali opet mogli su biti malo svrsishodniji posle nekog vremena, borba je poprilican clusterfuck i dalje, samo malo manji nego u POE, ne zna se ko pije a ko placa, AI ne postoji, svi se nabiju na gomilu i ne vidis ko sta radi, pa i potencijalno zabavan mikromenadzment se svodi da nemam pojma ko koga tu u stvari da prostite kara Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
