Pocni sa osnovnim stvarima .

 

Dobro se zagrej , odradi sklekove , trbusnjake i lednjake . Ne bi verovao koliko lakse ide kad si dobro zagrejan .

 

Pokusaj da se fokusiras na ledja dok radis zgib , ne na ruke .

 

Ukruti ostatak tela , ne bi verovao kad bi ti rekao da se zgib takodje radi iz trbusnjaka i lednjaka .

 

Polako . Strpljenje i uporan rad i kontinuitet .
