E killy znaci gledaj situaciju...trazili Su mi ID photo..last 4 number of GC...I ostali info... Znaci ja to posaljem njima na Email, i onda pozovem? E da jos jedno pitanje :P Jel moram da znam bas pro English posto sam noob u tome... mislim nece da me davi tamo s nekim glupostima? Moze da se desi da ti traze da im spelujesh Supercalafragelistic Expialadocious ili da im izgovorish Rubber baby buggy bumper brzo, da procere da nisi kineski skamer! Quote Watafak! A kako ti njima preko telefona da posaljes Fotokopiju licne karte ? posto sam glup pa mi pojasni please :( da se necimam sa mailom ni ja onda ...posto sekretarica odgovara posle 3 nedelje a kamoli oni ... I kako to preko fona ti vrate hakovan acc za 5 minuta lol? pitaju te Username ? i ti kazes neciji drugi i oni te pitaju za email i ti kazes svoj i oni ti daju pass na taj email ? neshvatam :/ Preko telefona mozes da im saljes samo sexy uzdahe, a pre nego sto ih okrenes lepo posaljes mail za fotokopijom licne karte ili cd-key sa SQ-om i onda okrenes.Najbolje ti je da koristis Skype jer je besplatno.Trazice ti da spelujes svoj e-mail, account name, adresu, secreq question itd...tako da pripremi alfabet :) e kad im to lepo sve izdiktiras oni ce ti poslati rucno mail sa passwordom ili sta ti je vec potrebno... Imao sam Challenged Payment... nakon 4 emaila, 10 dana čekanja i golog kurca uzeo sam telefon i zvao support u Norveškoj (UK nisam mogao da dobijem) i riba je to sredila za 3 minuta. killYg0r Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 evo ja danas zvao 2 puta blizzard broj je 00448009310800 (to je u engleskoj support) ako zovete sa kucnog cekao oba puta po 10min da se jave zvao sam jer su mi blokirali koriscenje kreditne kartice na accountu i cisto da kazem ako neko zove u vezi istog problema treba vam : ime prezime na koga je account, secret answer, da znate mail accounta, da znate grad i postanski broj accounta i na kraju broj kreditne kartice koja je zadnja koriscena i ime i prezime na koga se vodi i to je to englezi pricaju mnogo brzo engleski tako da bolje dajte nekom ko bolje zna ako ne mozete da pratite i spelujete tacno sve :p Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Na kraju kad su mi rekli da ne mogu jos nista da odluce napisao sam wall of text, uz naslov "Appeal for Reconsideration my account status and a final decision". Cekao sam odgovor 3 nedelje, i dobijem danas sledece: Hello, Thank you for contacting us. As a direct result of the recent security issue on your account the payment option was restricted. Srecan sam ovom odlukom, ali sam im opet napisao mail da li je moguce samo da stave broj moje kartice i da samo njom placam sve sto se tiche mog naloga, jebo ti ako me opet neko zajebe ... joximovic Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 Zovem ih danas ovim fazonom preko skype-a, javlja se sekretarica, sere mi, zahvaljuje sto zovem, pritisni 1 za engleski, pritisnem......... i onda mi kaze kao "u zadnjem periodu zbog dugog cekanja u 'Queue', taj fazon je ukinut, nema vise Queue i cekanja, nego ako vam treba neka informacija od nas i dalje, pokusajte ponovo". Probavao sam citavo vece, uvek isto. Koji im je ovo, nije valjda da treba da se molim za srecu da ubodem slobodnu liniju sada? Tipa iskopao sam stari account, nije koriscen cirka godinu ipo, ne secam se koji je username, ne secam se passworda, ne secam se koji je email bio (mogu da nagadjam) , imam kutiju sa product key-em ovde, znam svoje ime prezime i postal number jelte, al to je to...
