When in strafe, every time clinkz attacks, he has a 30% chance to stun himself and deal himself 80 damage *Tidehunter and Spiritbreaker nerfed *Sniper's assasinate cooldown at level 3 increased to 13 seconds. Manacost increased to 400 *Neurbian Weaver's watchers are invulnerable, and deals 40-50 chaos damage with an attack speed of 1.2 *Doom's fire now reduces enemy movement by 30% *Lich is now a melee hero *Global silence increased to 15 seconds *Faceless void now attacks and moves 20% slower in Chronosphere *Techies suicide damage reduced to 200/350/500/750 *Vengeful spirit can only swap allied heroes *Morphling waveform manacost increased to 150/200/250/300 *Stealth Assasin permanent invisibility is now an active skill.
