slingeR Posted August 29, 2013 Report Share Posted August 29, 2013 jel igra neko od vas lumosity? www.lumosity.com navodno, neuropsihijatrija sada zna da se mozak obnavlja kroz neki proces neuroplasticity tako nesto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroplasticity) . onda su neki neuropsihijatri smislili igre za poboljsanje memorije kod bolesnika sa alchajmerom, ali su primetili da se mozdane performanse popravljaju kod svih ljudi. uglavnom, ima mnogo igrica, koje poboljsavaju pet 'sfera' mozga: - brzina - memorija - paznja - resavanje problema - fleksibilnost glavno merilo je bpi po ovim kategorijama (brain performance index) i mozete da pratite kako se poboljsavate. naravno, mozete se porediti i sa drugim ljudima. ako hocete vise da igrate i neke dodatne opcije treba da se plati, ali ne puno, i vredi svaki dukat. ja igram vec dva meseca, brze se secam potrebnih reci, imena i ne zaboravljam vise kljuceve kad izlazim iz kuce 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
