ZeRoQL Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 Esports Heaven Western Digital 2v2 cup After first Western Digital cup for Duel gametype, this time we are going with a 2v2 TDM and a prize of 100 Euros for the 1st place. Cup starts at Monday 17 of May at 20:00 cest and continue on Thursday 20 of May at the same time. As usual, format of the cup is Single elimination Bo3, with finals being b05. Registrations are open right here and will be closed on 17 May at 19:00 cest. For teams unfamiliar with ESH, make sure you create your account, and clan, and finally join the cup. Also important to mention is that you must also create team/squad under your clan and add players to your squad, or clan won`t be able to register for this cup. More info in the Rules. Tournament Details: Gametype: 2v2 TDM Maximum teams: 64 Start: Monday 17 May 2010 at 20:00 cest Schedule: see below. Format: Single elimination Bo3, finals Bo5 Admins: PerpetualWar IRC: #esportsheaven Schedule: Monday 17 May 2010: Round 01 - 20:00 cest Round 02 - 21:15 cest Round 03 - 22:30 cest Thursday 20 May 2010: Quarterfinals - 20:00 cest Semifinal 1st - 21:15 cest Semifinal 2nd - 22:15 cest Finals - 23:15 cest General rules: All players must have PlayerIds/GUIDs entered (QL nick). Demos and screenshots must be recorded and kept for 48 hours, so recommended setting is "cg_autoaction 3". Format of the cup: The format of this tournament is Single Elimination Bo3, with finals being Bo5. Registration: Every team that wants to participate must register clan first and then create squad for QL inside that clan and add players from clan to that squad and then sign-up on the Registration page. Squad must have at least two players. Finding your opponents: You can find your opponents by leaving them a message in the match comments, or by contacting them in #esportsheaven, which is the official channel for this cup. Maps: First team in the bracket drops the map, then other team drops one map. From the rest of 3 maps first team choose his map, and another team choose next map. Last map that is left is used if there is need for 3rd map. Map pool: ztntourney1 qzdm6 qzdm20 qztourney7 qztourney6 Servers: The tournament will be played on EU servers that players have to agree upon by themselves. If not, admins will choose for them. We will have private servers available upon request if needed. Cheating: Cheating is not allowed, and admins keep the right to request demos or screenshots if they see it necessary. Every attempt to cheat will result in getting banned from this cup. Scores: When match is over, enter the score in the Tournament panel, or eventually inform the admins. Prizes: There are two different scenario's that can come up when you won prizes in an Esports Heaven Tournament. A: You or your team won hardware prizes You will be required to send a full address to the cup admin or Esports Heaven manager for that tournament where the prizes will be shipped to. You have maximum 14 days to send this to the Esports Heaven admins. Failure to do so will forfeit your prize. B: You or your team won a cash prize You will be required to send a fully filled out cash prize form to the cup admin or Esports Heaven manager for the tournament you won prizes in. This form contains all valid bank information and a valid signature and the standard forms can be received by contacting the responsible cup admin or Esports Heaven Manager. You have maximum 14 days to send this to the Esports Heaven admins. Failure to do so will forfeit your prize. Good luck !
