Set the Warcraft III refresh rate and basic settings:
Right click on war3.reg -
("http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3/other/war3.reg") and select save, once
the file has been downloaded double click on it to run it. This file
will set the game to run with the basic settings for sound and video as
well as setting the refresh frequency to 60 hertz. Once the game has
started, you may select the options menu and adjust the game settings
such as video and sound as desired.
