NAKON što su ispali iz četvrtfinala Lige prvaka od Chelsea, čelnici turskog Fenerbahčea objavili su kako će na ljeto omogućiti brazilskom treneru Zicu najmanje 90 milijuna eura za transfere. Turci su shvatili kako sada imaju veliku šansu ugurati se među najbolje momčadi Starog kontinenta, stoga je spomenuta cifra najmanje što moraju odvojiti ukoliko žele osnažiti kadar izvanserijskim igračima. Prema pisanju turskih medija, Zico planira dovesti jednog igrača svjetske klase poput Ronaldinha ili Kamerunca Samuela Eto`oa, za kojega će morati platiti najmanje 40-50 milijuna eura.
