Account hacked

jutros mi je account hackovan prvi put od kad igram, pa posto neam bas nekog iskustva sa tim moram da postavim par pitanja ovde ...

dakle kinez mi je, kao prvo, pokupio sve od itema(naravno), promenio pass, secret answer, stavio novi mail.

naravno odmah sam skenirao komp, sve ocistio bla bla. poslao blizzardu mail, i sad ..posle sat dva vremena cekanja stiglo mi je sledece na mail,

The answer to the question does not necessarily have to be the right one, but can be an answer that only you will know.

- Battle.net Account Name: The current account name (email address) you are using to login.

- NEW Battle.net Account Name: (we will need you to provide us with an e-mail address not currently registered to a Battle.net account.)

- NEW Battle.net Secret Question and Answer.

- Name: The full name that the account was created with.

- Address: The address information given when the account was created.

- Zip/Postal Code: The zip/postal code that was given when the account was created.

account mi je lockovan trenutno. Da li treba da cekam i da nista ne pipam, posto pise da moram da im dam novi mail, secret answer itd, a nemam pojma na koji mail sve to da posaljem.

samo polako prvo im posalji sve podatke na webform i cekaj to je to :D

traze da im preko ovoga posaljem novi mail, SQ/SA, password itd. a nigde nisam nasao na koji mail sve to da posaljem ...

nemam pojma ... popunio sam ovo gde si mi dali link ( hacked account deo) ali tu ne vidim nigde da posaljem sve ove stvari sto mi trazili .... sacekacu par dana i videti sta ce biti i guess ...

Ne kapiram sta ti nije jasno na formi koju si trebao da popunis od linka koji si naveo gore https://eu.blizzard....ort/webform.xml ???

Ne znas svoje ime, prezime i e-mail adressu ili posle ostale informacije sto se traze kao Secret Q i Secret A koji si sam ubacivao ?

Sistem account recovery je totalno easy mode i smesan kako je uradjen.

trazen je novi SQ, mail i SA ... u sistem acc recovery mozes da navedes trenutne informacije od acc ...ali ne i da promenis SQ/SA ...

anyway ... fora je bila da reply na ovaj mail sto sam dobio sa svim novim podatcima ... sve je sredjeno, brze nego stosam ocekivao

Meni sada stigao mail od blizarda u kome mi kazu da su u rutinskoj proveri pronasli neke sumnjive radnje i transakcije sa mojim acountom i da treba da popunim neku web formu,e sada,to mi se desilo pre par dana,bio sam banovan na kratko i forma je bila skroz ok,harmless,dok ova forma sada trazi mail,pass od maila SQ i SA...naivno znam,ali linkovi deluju skroz ok...kako god ignorisacu previse smrdi pa ako banuju opet jbg.

ja sam ignorisao i dobio ban.

tj.blokirali mi acc, blio problema sa placanjem

aha ..ja sam vise mislio na fake mailove koji stizu ... ako blizz posalje mail onda moras kad tad da se suocis sa problemom :P
