ma kakvi, ja kidam zgibove i lat, drugi je efekat. ne radim mrtvo da ne bih navukao diskus h. nema ko se nije sjebao sa tom vezbom, nikad ne znas, moras biti maksimalno fokusiran u svakom ponavljanju. ljudi se najvise povredjuju kod malih kilaza. zato sam ja odustao od te vezbe. ali, zato sa druge strane, to je jedna od 3 glavne vezbe sto se tice teretane.
